Refund Policy - the basics
In the event the client decides to cancel this agreement, any one of them shall notify Jap Fabella Photography. In such case, the booking fee and any other payments before the event will be non-refundable to the client. On the other hand, if Jap Fabella Photography cancels this agreement, they will notify the client 2 months before the shoot date except when the cause of the cancellation is beyond its control such as but not limited to the following: Sickness of the main photographer, accident, hospitalization and in case of fortuitous event. In such case, Jap Fabella Photography will return to the client any amount paid in advance by the client, including the booking fee. However, Jap Fabella Photography shall covenant to extend its services by making available a backup photographer should the client choose to engage the services. The client acknowledges that Jap Fabella Photography shall not be held liable for any cost or damage incurred by the client associated by reason of the cancellation of the booking. If you cancel or postpone due to public Health orders that the shoot date is forced to be cancelled, you are entitled to rebook a new date to our availability.
